I just went to monastery and everyone was shouting "we want kisu!". This made me wondering when he actually comes and this has been blurry to me all the time. Is the "last day of the event" today?
I mean the event ENDS on the 5th of july on 7.00 gmt, so TODAY, the 4th, should be the last day, because tomorrow it will end. On the other hand it could be a typo or something and it means he comes tomorrow starting from 7.00 gmt.

I'd like this question answered, because i don't like wasting my whole day for nothing :P.

He's coming today, just no one's quite sure when. It was implied and inferred that he would show up at midnight pacific time, but did not.

they come a certain colour not sure on what colours you can get as i only just got mine(yellow) and now i have seen this red one.

Mask is given out before the emperor asks for any actions. If you have 250 orbs in your inven when he says "here's your mask" then you get one.

Have your orbs in your inventory. When the empror finishes his speech you will have your mask in your inventory. You don't talk to him.

Also after the mask giving, you play a game of fetch with some monsteres in shing jea. You grab as many of those things and give it to some guy.

When you win, fireworks starts and it starts raining presents! bean cakes, wine and 1k.
